The Basics. Sharing our Morning & Evening routine on a daily basis for Radiant Skin by LievKaart

 Morning Routine 

First, Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser to remove any impurities or excess oil accumulated overnight. 

Apply a toner to balance the pH of your skin and prepare it for the next steps. 
  • Apply a serum or treatment targeting specific skin concerns, such as acne, hyperpigmentation, or aging.
  • Moisturize your skin to lock in moisture and create a protective barrier.
  • Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. 6. If desired, apply makeup or other cosmetic products.

 Evening Routine

First, Remove makeup and cleanse your face to remove dirt, oil, and pollutants accumulated throughout the day.

  • Use a toner to remove any remaining impurities and restore the pH balance of your skin.
  • Apply a night cream or moisturizer to nourish your skin while you sleep.  
  • If needed, apply any specific treatments or serums for targeted skin concerns. 5. Don’t forget to apply an eye cream to hydrate the delicate skin around your eyes.

 A consistent skincare routine, along with healthy lifestyle habits, can help you achieve and maintain healthy and glowing skin. Remember to protect your skin from the sun, cleanse and moisturize regularly, exfoliate, eat a healthy diet, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep. 

** Drink water, it not only helps you stay hydrated (which is good for your skin, hair, nails, among other things) but is also good for supporting and stimulating the cleansing of your skin.
